Project Work – Interview Support Service Terms & Conditions

Service: Interview Preparation & Transport Assistance
By registering or signing up for Project Work services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Service Overview
Project Work provides registered clients with the following services:
Interview Preparation Sessions
60-minute personalized sessions conducted online or in-person via Microsoft Teams or an agreed alternative.
Includes interview question practice, communication and body language coaching, role-specific guidance, and confidence-building exercises.
Tailored to the type of position and industry.
eHalling Transport Service
Pick-up and drop-off to your interview venue within a 20 km radius.
Includes a return trip.
Designed to reduce logistical stress and ensure timely arrival for interviews.
Video Interview Facilities
Assistance setting up Microsoft Teams or another agreed platform.
Ensures clients have the proper tools and environment to attend online interviews professionally.
Additional Support
Guidance on professional attire, CV presentation, and interview etiquette may be offered.
Optional support for accessing mental and emotional wellness resources.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
Services are available only to registered clients who provide verifiable proof of a confirmed interview.
Clients must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
Clients are required to create a profile with valid contact information, including a unique email address, which will serve as their account identifier.
Clients who provide false, misleading, or incomplete information may have their bookings cancelled or access revoked.
Services are limited to three (3) bookings within any six-month period.

3. Booking Process & Confirmation
Complete the online Project Work Booking Form.
Provide proof of interview (email invite, letter, or recruiter confirmation).
Our team will verify your interview prior to confirming your booking.
Once verified, your booking will be confirmed, and arrangements made for:
60-minute interview preparation session
eHalling transport (if requested)
Video interview facilities (if requested)

Booking Deadlines:
eHalling transport: At least 48 hours before the interview.
Interview preparation session: At least 24 hours before the interview.
Bookings made without sufficient notice may be declined.

4. eHalling Transport Terms
Available for a maximum 20 km radius, for round-trip travel only.
Only one round trip per booking is included.
Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
Project Work is not liable for delays, accidents, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party transport providers.
Clients using the eHalling service must comply with all safety regulations and provider rules.
Failure to comply may result in service refusal or liability for costs incurred.

5. Interview Preparation Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
Clients must ensure devices, software, and internet connectivity are functional for online sessions.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or forfeiture.
Content may include:
Interview question preparation
Mock interviews
Communication and body language coaching
Role-specific advice

6. Video Interview Facilities
Project Work will provide access to Microsoft Teams or agreed alternative platforms for online interviews.
Clients must ensure timely login, functional devices, and internet access.
Project Work is not liable for technical failures or connectivity issues during online interviews.
Video facilities are arranged only after interview verification.

7. Service Usage Limits
Clients may use Project Work services a maximum of three times within a six-month period.
This limit includes first, second, or third interviews, whether in-person or online.
Once the limit is reached, further bookings cannot be made until the six-month period resets.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend a session count toward the three allowed bookings.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and verification.
Project Work reserves the right to cancel bookings for reasons including but not limited to unverified interviews, failure to comply with booking requirements, or operational constraints.

9. Fees & Payments
All services require payment of the annual subscription fee.
Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Payment must be made through the approved online payment system.
Clients may not access services without a valid paid subscription.

10. Liability & Disclaimer
Project Work acts solely as a facilitator of services.
We are not liable for:
Outcomes of interviews or employment decisions
Damages, losses, or injuries occurring during transport via eHalling
Technical issues, connectivity problems, or session interruptions
Missed interviews due to client error, delays, or cancellations
Clients use Project Work services entirely at their own risk.
Project Work is not responsible for personal property, clothing, or belongings during transport or sessions.

11. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
Treat Project Work staff, partners, and service providers respectfully.
Follow safety instructions during transport.
Ensure devices, software, and internet are functional for online sessions.
Notify Project Work promptly of any changes to interview schedules.

12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is collected solely for service delivery, booking, and verification purposes.
We will not share personal data with third parties except for verification, transport, or service facilitation.
Clients consent to receive emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages regarding bookings and service updates.
Project Work follows data protection regulations applicable in South Africa.

13. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during preparation sessions remain the intellectual property of Project Work.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent.

14. Modifications to Terms
Project Work reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on the Project Work website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

16. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and signing up for Project Work services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Using our services indicates ongoing acceptance of these terms.

After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

If you decide to cancel or modify your interview, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your booking.

Booking to countries outside South Africa may incur duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the total price displayed. To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend contacting us for information on fees before booking

DATA PROTECTION

The owners and operators of this website take the protection of your data very seriously. We treat your data confidentiality and according to the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Personal data, such as your email addresses, is always provided to us voluntarily and only when you subscribe to our newsletter. Other personal data, including your name and address, is only required if you are ordering goods.

An external, PCI-compliant payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe) handles all credit card payment transactions.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
